Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Breathwork is a relaxation practice that involves lying down in a comfortable position and being guided through a series of verbal instructions and breathwork to induce a deep state of relaxation while remaining conscious and aware. The practice aims to release tension and stress and can be done by anyone (no need for yoga experience). It is a state of relaxation that is deeper than simply closing your eyes or resting, but less than actual sleep.
Overall, this class can be an excellent way to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, promote relaxation, and improve overall well-being.

Kindly bring your own mat and water and wear short shorts, a sports bra or a tank top. Please refrain from applying lotion or any body oils on the day of your pole class.
