Class Schedule & Availability
Keep in mind that class availability might change, but don’t worry, we’ll do our best to get you in the class you want.
For payments, we’re pretty flexible – you can use cash, check, credit card, e-wallet, or bank transfer. Just remember, all classes must be paid in advance before attending.
All payments for pack purchases should be made in the studio. Arrive 20 minutes before your first scheduled class for the pack, and we’ll get it all sorted for you!
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide us with at least 12 hours notice for regular classes and 24 hours notice for salt room and pole classes. This allows us to accommodate other eager participants from our waitlist. In the event that you miss a class or fail to cancel within the specified notice period, you will be charged for it. Let’s make sure to plan ahead!
Pack Purchase and Usage
Classes that are sold in packs with valid dates, and are just for you – you can’t transfer or share them to your friends unless you buy our 50-Class Pass (sorry!). Once you buy a package, it’s strictly non-refundable, so choose wisely!
You can book up to 7 days in advance, but keep in mind that popular classes may have a waitlist.
We reserve the right to close the studio from time to time for holidays, refurbishment, inclement weather, etc. During this period, we are able to provide refunds or extensions.
Instructors
When you book a class, remember that you’re paying for the class, not the instructor. Instructors may change, but the fun will stay the same! Just make sure to show up on time and be ready to have a blast!
Final Sales
All sales of classes, and packs are final, so be sure to book based on your available schedule and how often you want to join the fun. And that’s it – simple and fun!
